The Petronas Leadership Centre (PLC), an affiliate of the Malaysian oil
and gas company Petronas, organized a course titled 'Project Management
in the Oil and Gas Industry.' Mr. Raj Kumar Dheri conducted the course,
and Mr. Nael Hijjo facilitated and interpreted it from English into
Arabic. The course was offered to a group of senior officers from the
Iraqi Ministry of Oil and took place at the Impiana Hotel KLCC from 12
to 26 February 2015.
